The problem we solve
Most AI agents look impressive in a demo. They answer questions, summarise documents, and sound confident. Then you deploy them. A week later, they contradict what they said on day one. A month later, nobody can explain why the agent made a particular decision. Six months later, the compliance team is asking questions nobody can answer.
The root cause is always the same: the agent has no memory. It cannot remember what it believed yesterday, cannot detect when a new fact contradicts an old one, and leaves no trail that a human can audit. Stateless retrieval solves none of this.
Why Biraj built Kalairos
Founder Biraj Thapa kept running into this wall. Not in theory — in real deployments, with real companies, where real money was riding on the agent getting it right. He needed a memory layer that versioned every fact, tracked provenance, detected contradictions, and answered the question: what did this agent believe, and when?
That layer didn't exist. So he built it. Kalairos is open-source, MIT-licensed, and ships with time-travel queries, a trust graph, and a full audit trail out of the box. KrishnaLabs is the studio where that infrastructure gets deployed for clients who need it to work in production — not just in a demo.
How we work
KrishnaLabs takes on a limited number of agent builds per quarter. Fixed scope, fixed price, six-week delivery. Every build is led by Biraj directly — you are not handed off to a junior team. Every agent we ship runs on Kalairos, which means it comes with memory, auditability, and contradiction detection built in.
We are not a body shop and we do not do maintenance contracts. We build the agent, we make sure it works in your production environment, and we hand it to you fully documented and owned by you.
